Does Furrion Antenna Wing Require Special Booster Plate to Install

Question:
Do you have to use a special brand or type of antenna booster plate with the FAN73B7C furron antenna? I am having trouble with the keytv module in my 2019 alpine and tried to bypass it with windguard booster plate but it is not working. It does have +12volts going to the antenna cable but will not bring in signal to tvs. Any help would be appreciated

The Furrion antenna wing # FAN73B7C does not require a specific wall plate but you do have to wire it up with no power to it and according to the diagram I attached. I'd check to make sure you everything wired up like the diagram first and we can go from there.
