Will this jack bolt on a trailer tongue 2inch X 2 1/2inch ?

Yes, the Pro Series Round Snap-Ring Jack, # PS1400300303, will bolt around your 2 inch by 2-1/2 inch trailer tongue. This jack can bolt to frames up to 3 inches wide by 4 inches tall and will have no problem fitting on your trailer.
I have attached a photo showing the bolt hole dimensions of this jack for you to check out.
