Question:
I am building ramps for my box truck and will require springs to help lift them. I figure one ramp is approx #800 and the second is #300. Ramp 1 is 60” wide and 10ft long, the second is 34” wide and and 10ft long. The ramps are bifold. What springs would you all recommend? The springs will be flexing to +/- 120 deg. Thanks for your time!

The heaviest set of springs that I have for ramp doors are the Conventional Ramp Door Spring for 8' Wide Enclosed Trailer part # CB250D96SHD which offers a 250 lb. capacity. This alone will likely not be enough for you.
If in your design you can incorporate something like the Ramp Spring 2K Torque for 1-1/2" Shaft part # RS16933RH for the right and part # RS16933LH for the left it could gie you the lifting support you will need.
If this is not a viable option using a winch mounted in the truck to raise and lower the ramps could be something to look at.
