looking at the Viking Solutions SwiveLift Loading System for 2 Hitches - 300 lbs....how tall is the leg on the bottom? Im looking to use this on a UTV with a receiver hitch lower than your average truck hitch....will it function, and will it therefore be flat on the ground?

These lifts are not in stock at this moment otherwise I would go measure this for you. Our best estimate is that the portion of the vertical tube below the 2" horizontal tube measures between 4 to 7 inches. If you are asking about the platform - it does not have to be lower all the way down. I have attached a picture illustrating this.
You will also need a hitch pin and clip to attach this to your receiver. You can use the etrailer # C21504 zinc coated pin.
