Looking for running board or nerf bar for 2013 F350 super duty xl crew cab diesel. I cant figure out which ones will work. Any help ou can offer would be appreciated.

According to our nerf bar/running board manufacturers, the fact that your truck has a Diesel engine won't have any effect of the fit, therefore all the fits listed on the provided link will work on your truck. Here's a few suggestions:
If you're just looking for a typical nerf bar, the # 23-1330 stainless 3 inch nerf bars from Westin would be a good choice. The same bar in black powder coated steel would be part # 25-1335.
If you're looking for something a bit more rugged looking, I really like the # 56-11335 Westin HDX bars with drop steps.
If you'd be more interested in a running board type step, Westin offers a lighted version, part # 27-0025-1215 or the un-lit version, part # 27-6145-1215.
For an old-school hoop step, Carr offers # CARR125001 in black powder coat, or in polished aluminum as part # CARR124872.
