Question:

I just tried to plug this in to my 2021 Highlander XSE and when I tested it, there was nothing. I checked the 30 amp fuse under the hood and it seemed ok. Anything else I should try? Thanks

The # TK74FR that fits your 2021 Toyota Highlander if it had the OEM tow package does not come with the converter box needed for vehicles with the tow package, and at this time we do not offer the box separately. But we do have a different trailer wiring solution that will work with the # C76CR which plugs in behind the taillights and comes with it's own converter box.

The box might be available if you checked with Toyota directly.
