I have a 2018 Audi Q5 If I install the C133331 will I need to cut any of the fascia It is a leased car I intend on removing the hitch before returning the car Thanks

The Curt Class III hitch, part # C13331 would require that you trim the fascia in order to install it on your 2019 Audi Q5, so I wouldn't recommend it for a leased vehicle. The same would hold true for the Draw-Tite Class III, part # 76183 as you can see in the linked instructions.
The good news is that we do offer the EcoHitch Class III, part # 306-X7397 that wouldn't require trimming of the bumper fascia. The installation is more involved, but it won't require altering the vehicle in order to install it.
