Is Cutting or Trimming Required to Install a Front Mount Trailer Hitch on a 1998 Ford Explorer

Question:
Bolts on, but is any cutting of anything required? Any tight spaces to bolt it on i. e. any tight spaces to get your hand or a wrench or socket set into?

It is possible some models will require hole enlargement and the air dam and/or radiator guard will need to be removed to install Curt front mount trailer hitch # C31051 on a 1998 Ford Explorer. Other than that, there is no trimming or cutting required. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you to view.
The hitch bolts to the bottom of the frame so there should be enough room to turn a wrench when installing the hitch.
