Is it possible to buy just one rhino rack and set of attaching equipment? I understand the 2, 3, and 4 bar configurations, and if it is possible to get one more to add to the 2, it might be helpful. Thanks!

Yes, it is possible to buy just one of the Rhino-Rack bar, leg set, and leg adapter set to add to your 2015 Ford Transit T350's configuration.
For the Vortex Aero Bar, use part # RRVA180S for the single one. If you happened to have the Heavy Duty Square Bars instead of the Vortex Aero, you can use part # RB1800S for its single one.
For the RLTP Legs, use part # RRRLTPFC for the single set.
For the RLTP Leg Adapters, use part # RRVA-FK1 for the single set.
