Which bed mounted ladder racks are compatible with this bed Tonneau Cover?

The Pace Edwards Full-Metal JackRabbit Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover - Aluminum - Black # PE34FR is not compatible with any traditional style ladder rack we carry for the 2020 Jeep Gladiator. It is a very quality tonneau but does not have the ultra groove that would be necessary for a rack like the Yakima OverHaul HD Truck Bed Rack Uprights with Tonneau Kit - Aluminum - 300 lbs # YA24FR.
If you don't yet have the tonneau cover, then my recommendation to give you a ladder rack and tonneau is to use the Putco Venture Tec Overland Truck Bed Rack - Aluminum - 500 lbs # P184500 which fits in the stake pockets and a tonneau that fits completely inside bed rails like the
BAK Revolver X2 Hard Tonneau Cover - Roll Up - Aluminum and Vinyl - Matte Black # BAK97FR. This combination will work well for you.
