Your 235/80-22.5 tires are a bit over 37 inches in diameter. I'd recommend the Adco Tyre Gard in black, part # 290-3970 for tire diameters between 36-39 inches. As you can see in the linked video, the covers are easy to install, using the included bungee ball cords which provide a snug fit. These covers will do an excellent job of protecting your expensive tires from UV radiation which dries out the rubber compounds in the tires which leads to dry rot and cracking.
The same cover is also available in white as part # 290-3950, camo print as part # 290-3650 or silver as part # 290-3750.
