I am looking for trailer hitch for my Honda Odyssey 2008 EX. I would like some hitch that would look to be hidden. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I have some pretty good ideas for you, but unfortunately the 2008 Honda Odyssey has a very deep cargo storage well behind the rear seats, so there will not be any hitch that can fit high enough upwards to be “hidden” as you wanted. However, we have several choices.
First we can choose between Class-2 hitches with 1-1/4” receiver openings, or Class-3 hitches with 2” receiver openings. Given the choice, I would always pick the Class-3 as they are rated for higher capacities in towing, and cargo carrying. You can use a receiver to hook up bike racks like the Thule # TH934XTR 4-bike carrier, and cargo hitch carriers like the etrailer # e98874 24” X 60” carrier.
Of the Class-3 hitches you could go with the Curt # C13068 hitch or the Draw-Tite # 75270 hitch. In this instance I recommend the Curt hitch as it is made in the USA, and in our experience the powder coat finish Curt uses tends to hold up a bit better over time. One thing I like about the Curt is that the ends of the crossbars are closed and finished, where the Draw-Tite has an open-ended pipe. I have included links to both of these hitches and an installation video for the 2008 Odyssey. The links have photos of these hitches on Odyssey's so you can get an idea of what it might look like.
Either way you go, it is a good idea to get the 1/2” Nylon Tube Brush # 814092 to clean the factory welded on bolts under your Odyssey as they will likely be full of dirt and grime.
If you intend to tow a small trailer, like a pop up camper or a utility cargo trailer you will need a trailer lights wiring harness like the Tekonsha # 118438 4-pole wiring harness. I like that it is easy to install with no wire cutting or splicing. I have included a link to this item and a video showing the process on a 2008 Odyssey.
I am anxious to hear how you will use your new hitch. If you have any questions just send me an email.
