Trailer Brakes Pulse With Flashers

Question:
on my 1986 f350 stake body ,i have installed an agility brake controler. When the emergency flashers are on ,the the brake controller is intermitantly activated by the flasher circut through the brake switch connection. how can this be stopped?

Brakes that pulse with the flashers on can be an issue with aggressive braking settings on your controller. I also suspect the braking circuit in an 1986 model may not have been solid state as well.
Most customers who have experienced this found that the Draw-Tite # 5501 Pulse Eliminator fixed this issue, and it is pretty quick and easy to install.
