Will WeatherTech WT80839 Window Rain Guards Affect Operation of Window

Question:
Do the in-channel window vents hinder the windows from smoothly moving all the way up to close? Looking at the 2021 Prius Weathertech product

The WeatherTech # WT80839 uses a combination of an adhesive strip and compression fit to stay in place, so they're desgned to fit snugly. When properly installed, they will not have any effect on how the windows operate. Be sure to follow the installation instructions (see link) carefully and you shouldn't have a problem.
