Will this grille guard fit? 2018 F-150, Supercrew, Lariat, 3.0 diesel, no front sensors or camera Also would like to keep factory tow hooks.

We do have a fit for a grille guard for your 2018 Ford F-150 Lariat with a diesel engine, but I checked with the Aries, and their grille guards are not a fit for the diesel engines, so the # AA3066-2 you asked about won't work.
Instead, there is a similar option for a grille guard that will work from Westin, though none of these (or the Aries) will allow you to keep your factory tow hooks, as they do need to be removed for installation. The grille guards that will fit your 2018 F-150 are the following:
