Yes, the SportRack Semi-Custom Roof Rack, # SR1008, has been confirmed by SportRack to fit on your 1999 Toyota Corolla LE 4dr sedan.

To install this roof rack on your vehicle, you will need to start at the gap between your front and rear doors and measure forward 11-3/4 inches. This will be the location of the center of your front crossbar. From that point, measure 27-1/2 inches to the rear. This will be the location of the center of the rear crossbar.

Once you have the crossbars in place, the clips will hook to the door jamb and tighten to secure the roof rack to your vehicle.
