Is there an Adapter that can Convert my Ford or Chevy OEM Prep Package to use my B&W Patriot

Will the BandW Patriot 18k Slider work with the Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter for Standard 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches RP30156? I have the Patriot hitch and am thinking of purchasing a 2020 Ford F250 with 5th wheel package in the bed and wondered if I would need to change my hitch. Also if it does work with the Patriot slider will the Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter for Standard 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - 20,000 lbs Item # RP30156 fit in the 2020 GMC 2500? I see in a picture it was used in a Chevy 2500 but dont know the year.

The Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter for Standard 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches part # RP30156 will work with the Patriots similar to the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # BWRVK3200.
The adapter is not designed to work with the 2020 GMC 2500. For an adapter designed to work for both vehicles the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch for Ford and Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package part # C88KR will do the job. It allows you to adjust for the difference in the two.
