The Curt # C56093 and the Tekonsha T-One # 118599 do have some slight differences, but they both install the same way, come with the same basic components you will need to install a wiring harness and will provide you with a 4 way trailer connector. Typically we've found that Tekonsha harnesses have a bit more reliable powered converter on them, but the Curt harness in this case can handle a bit more amperage, so it would be my recommendation for your 2020 Ford Explorer.
If you don't have a ball mount and hitch ball already, something like the etrailer Ball Mount kit # 989900 would be a great option since it comes with multiple ball mounts with varying rise/drops, 2 hitch balls (1-7/8" and 2"), a hitch pin, clip and carrying/storage case. This is a great choice if you tow a few different trailers or aren't sure what you're going to be towing yet, but want to be prepared.
I've linked an installation video that you can use to follow along with during the installation process.
