I would like to use a Adarac rack and a pace edwards switchblade tonneau cover is that going to be compatible?

Yes. You can use the Adarac Pro Series # A4000950 with a tonneau cover like the Pace Edwards Switchblade # 311-SWCA03A25, since the Pro Series mounts using the stake pockets and the Switchblade mounts inside the bed rails.
