My nephew was given a fishing boat and the spare has tread damage, the spare tire is 6.50x13 but the rim diameter is 14 inches,the tires on the trailer are P185/75R14 and the diameter measures 15 inches both are 5 hole 4 1/2 inch pattern.What size should I get for a spare?

So the tires that are on your trailer are designed for passenger vehicle use which is why you probably noticed we don't have the size that's on the trailer. I would have to recommend you replace them with a tire rated for trailer use like with the part # TTWTRTM2157514D.
For a wheel and tire in this size with your bolt pattern you'd want the part # AM32181.
