What Parts are Needed for Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform Rack System on 2018 Toyota Highlander?

I have a 2018 Toyota Highlander and Id like to get a 60inch x 49inch Pioneer Platform from Rhino Rack. I see that you guys already have a set-up offered in a kit # JA9741 but I do not want the quick release spacers. Can you please answer the following questions for me: 1 If I purchase the setup in the link above, can I install the rack without using the QMPS10 Quick Mount Leg Spacers? If so, what is the cost without the quick mount leg spacers? 2 The setup in the link uses RCL locking legs. What is the difference between RCL and the RCH legs? I know another Highlander that got RCH legs. 3 The setup in the link uses RCP31-BK fit kit. What is the difference between the RCP31-BK and the RCP37-BK? I know another Highlander that got the RCP37-BK fit kit. Thank you!

The Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Rack # JA9741 is a full kit that we put together consisting of the four different components you need to create a full working system. I gathered the part numbers for you:

1. The Quick Mount Leg Spacers # RRQMPS10-4 pair with the RCL Legs # RRRCL4. While the legs have their own mounting mechanism on the top and can technically work without the spacers, there is a chance that your platform won't sit perfectly on your legs. Rhino-Rack found that the 3/8" spacers provide the best fit on 2018 Toyota Highlanders in this situation. The spacers are sort of a fit kit for your RCL legs so that your platform sits at the ideal height above your roof.
2. Both the RCL Legs # RRRCL4 and the RCH Legs # RRRCH4 are compatible with your 2018 Toyota Highlander. RCL means "Low Profile" and RCH means "High Profile." It's just a matter of preference on if you want your platform to sit high or low on your vehicle.
3. The difference between the # RRRCP31-BK and the # RRRCP37-BK fit kits are the mounting holes. The # RRRCP31-BK uses one bolt each and mounts on one side, while the # RRRCP37-BK uses two bolts on each side. They both work the same way and bolt to your fixed mounting points.
