Hello I own a 2008 ford e350 extended van with an ambulance flat sided fiberglass top .what would be my best option for a awning and room enclosure . Looking for a 10 foot model THANKs

For a 10 foot awning for the Ford van you have that was converted to an ambulance you'd want a wall mounted awning like the Thule Hideaway Awning part # TH4900011.
