I have a solution for you, but the Reese # RP56016 are only confirmed to fit on the F-250. Instead, you'll want to use the Reese Quick-Install Custom Outboard Brackets for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP56034 which are a confirmed fit on the 2020 Ford F-150 with a 6-1/2 foot bed. These brackets are designed for outboard mounting 5th wheel rails only.
