Compatibility of Valley Fifth Wheel Hitches with Reese Bed-Mounted Rails

Question:
Will a Valley fifth wheel hitch fit my Reese rails that are already in the bed of my truck? My truck is a Ford F450 and I had to have special brackets installed for the rails. I prefer to continue using them in lieu of trying to have them removed.

Valley fifth wheel hitches use what are called industry standard bed rails, same as Reese, Husky, Curt and many others.
You can confirm this by checking the spacing of the mounting tab holes in your rails against the diagram I provided.
