Can Honda CR-V 2018 tow capacity of 1500 tow A-Liner Titanium 10 at 1445 dry

Your 2018 Honda CR-V can tow a trailer, and according to the owner's manual I looked up online you are correct that it has a towing capacity of 1,500 lbs, so that's the maximum weight you will be able to tow. A 1,445 lb dry weight trailer can be towed so long as you do not add more than 55 lbs of cargo.
In order to tow with your 2018 Honda CR-V you will need a hitch and wiring harness:
- Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76128
- T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118741
