Have a 2012 gmc 2500hd with 6.0 l had 18rims/ Tire went to 20 rims / tire need reprogram tire / rim setting! Can this be done with this unit?

The Edge Insight CTS you referenced, part # EP84030 is a monitor, not a programmer. It is not capable of correcting the vehicle speedometer to compensate for the increased tire/wheel size, but the speed displayed on the # EP84030 CAN be corrected for the new tire and wheel size.
The Edge Evolution # EP39YR will also allow you to correct the speedometer for your larger wheels. The unit will also boost horsepower by 25 and torque by 29 foot lbs. This Evolution is NOT CARB compliant, so you won't want to use it on a vehicle that's registered in California.
