Assuming your 2020 Silverado 1500 doesn't have the factory puck system, I'd recommend the # C65KR bracket/rail kit from Curt. The kit provides the industry standard 5th wheel mounting rails that are compatible with your Reese sliding 5th wheel hitch from your old truck. Reese also offers a bracket/rail kit, part # RP56015-53, but the Curt kit I recommended is less expensive and would work just as well.
If you'd like to install a 7-way connector in the truck bed, you could do so using part # C56000.
