I am trying to find out the tongue capacity and cannot seem to find it.

From the research I did on your 2015 Mercedes GLA 250 it appears the vehicle has a tongue weight capacity of 345 lbs which you could verify in your owners manual or with a Mercedes dealer. So with a hitch installed like the Curt # C13197 you'd just need to stay under that weight and you'd be fine.
