Hi, I only need the the sprayer head for this faucet, can you help? It was the faucet that came in our 2013 Lance camper

Just the spray handle of the RV Kitchen Faucet w/ Pull Out Spout # 277-000101 is not available so you'd have to replace the entire the faucet.
