The span of the hitch locks included with the Reese Tow and Store lock kit don't have a span long enough to work with a 3 inch receiver. However, you could piece together a kit that'd work for you. For the receiver lock, I'd recommend the Draw-Tite # BD580412 which offers a 4 inch span and uses a high security key. For the coupler lock, use # FA86-0015-318 and for the coupler latch lock, use # 605DAT.
