Question:
Hi: I have a 2011 surveyor by forest river and it has a six pin adapter for the trailer hookup. Does this adapter have a charge line for the battery that sits on the a-frame?

Yes, the adapter # 37575 does have a 12 volt pin. A 6-Way trailer connector can be pinned in 2 different ways. The center pin can either be 12 volt power or trailer brakes. This adapter is set up for the brakes on the center pin but it can be changed if the center pin on your trailer is the 12 volt circuit.
