I HAVE NO POWER ON THE BRAKE CONTROL, I DO NOT SEEM TO BE GETTING ANY POWER FROM THE BATTERY SIDE OF TRUCK, DONT KNOW IF A FUSE NEEDS REPLACED OR SOMETHING ELSE.

If this is a new installation, then the probable cause is that you will need to make some connections under the hood on your 2007 Chevy Tahoe. I have included a link to an FAQ article that will help you with this. If you have the connections in place, then check the fuse locations in the spots closest to where the two wires attach as indicated in the FAQ.
If this is a problem that suddenly occurred but was working before then it could be the fuse that powers the brake controller. If so, replace the fuse and see if the controller powers on. If it does not, then test the brake controller black wire with a circuit tester like # PTW2993 if needed. If the black wire shows power but the controller will not power on then there is a problem with the controller, and it will need to be replaced.
