I recommend using the Curt # C16541 with custom base rail mounting kit # C65KR, since it is adjustable up to 21-1/2" tall and will work well on your 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500. This is a sliding hitch that will help provide you with the necessary clearance to make tight turns while towing your 5th wheel trailer and the A20 head has a unique spherical axial bearing that allows for 360 movement of the hitch head. This feature is especially important when it comes to coupling and un-coupling the trailer, but also helps absorb road shock to make your towing experience a little less rough.
