Thule replacement keys are very easy to get but we have to have the number. That is the only way to know what is the appropriate key. For instance a key numbered N020 will use Replacement Key for Thule Racks and Carriers part # THKEYN020. So it is just part # THKEY then the core number.

If you just can't figure out what the core says use the Replacement Lock Cylinder and Premium Key for Thule One-Key Systems part # 1500004217 and the Universal Change Key for Thule Locks part # 853-1251 if you don't have your old one to completely change the lock core and get your cargo box operating again.
