Question:
I want it for my fifth wheel so I don’t have a trailer tounge in the front. Can I mount this on the rear bumper of the fifth wheel?

Sure, you can use the Hopkins Trailer Hitch Level with Cover # HM09715 on the bumper of your 5th wheel if you like, though that may not provide the best information in terms of leveling, and there is a much better option for a 5th wheel. Instead of the hitch level I recommend the Wheel Masters Level Master Trailer Bubble Level with 5th Wheel Pin Box Mounting Bracket # WM6780.
The Level Master goes on top of your pin box which you can very easily see from your truck so you don't have to go all the way around to the back of your 5th wheel.
I have added a link to the installation instructions as well as a video review for you to check out of the Wheel Masters Level Master Trailer Bubble Level with 5th Wheel Pin Box Mounting Bracket # WM6780.
