Troubleshooting Alternating Red and Green LEDs on Noco Genius Gen1 Battery Charger

Question:

This product is suppose to force charge if battery is below 1v right? How come its useless if battery is below 1v. But actually I got a cold meter and tested it reads 10v

The NOCO Genius On-Board Battery Charger - AC to DC - Waterproof - 1 Bank - 12V - 10 Amp # 329-GEN1 you referenced is designed to charge your 12v battery at 10 amps. The flashing LEDs show an error and I've attached the options to troubleshoot. You should have a solid red when charging and a solid green when fully charged.
