Conspicuity Reflector Installation Options With or Without Mounting Screws

Question:
Is there anything to plug the mounting holes so it is not noticeable if not used. If the mounting holes are used is there any kind of screw that would blend with the clear reflector?

The Custer Clear Conspicuity Reflector, 12" Long # RFL-12W does not have any screw hole covers. The only way to get away from the screws is to use the White Conspicuity Tape, 150' Roll # 29804 which is 2 inches wide and can be cut to length.
