The correct Curt trailer taillight wiring harness will depend on if your Sorento is equipped with the factory tow package.
If it doesn't have the tow package, use # C56328, unless it's the SX model, which would use the # C59236. If it does have the tow package, it would use # C56332.
The Curt # C56131 you'd looked at is a fit for the Kia Forte, and wouldn't work on your Sorento. I've linked to some installation videos that you might find helpful.
