Truck Bed Topper Ladder Rack for a 2013 Toyota Tacoma Access Cab with a Camper Shell

Question:
I have seen ladder racks in Colorado recently that were mounted in conjunction with a solid topper over the rear bed of Tacoma pickups. Do you have or can recommend an installation system combining a fiberglass top with a ladder rack for a 2013 Tacoma Access Cab pickup truck? If not a ladder rack, what kind of permanently mounted roof rack would you recommend for hauling kayaks / extension ladders/ long lumber boards / 4 x 8 plywood sheets?

We do have several different options for ladder racks that you can use on a fiberglass camper shell on the back of your 2013 Toyota Tacoma. I have included a link to the options for you to view. Rhino-Rack has a distribution center in Colorado so that may have been what you saw. There are several different lengths and bar styles available which you will see in the link.
