HI. Will this connect to the D-spout on the following item I ordered from you? pf222441 If not please tell me what I can use to get a high rise spout attached. Thank you

If you have the Phoenix Faucets Catalina RV Bathroom Faucet # PF222441 the only way you'll be able to get the higher rise gooseneck spout will be with the part # PF211310 which is a replacement for the faucet altogether.
There isn't a way to convert what you have now to the gooseneck spout setup.
