Will I be able to install a rack on the roof of my 2020 Crewmax trundra ? And will i need to drill mounting holes ?

For a roof rack that doesn't require drilling and will install using a clamping system I recommend the Rhino-Rack Vortex Roof Rack instead which consists of the following:
59" Crossbars - # RRVA150B-2
2500 Series Legs - # RRRLKVA
Fit Kit - # DK079
