The Thule TracRac TracVan # TH29613XT roof rack is designed to work with 2 pairs of the existing roof rack mounts on a Ram ProMaster. If your Winnebago Travato has those existing connection points on the roof, the TracVan ES roof rack would work perfectly for you. I've linked to a diagram showing what the mounts look like, and where they can be found on the roof. From the online photos I've seen, it appears the exterior of the ProMaster is unchanged from the cargo model, so it's very likely that the attachment points would be present.

If you don't have the factory mounting points typically seen on a stock ProMaster, you can still install a roof rack, but it will involve installing rivet mount roof tracks, part # RTS508. With the tracks in place, you can install a rack using the # RLTP-2 roof rack feet and # RB1800B-2 71 inch crossbars.

If you're handy at all there's no reason the roof rack install can't be something you do in the driveway. Of course if you're uncomfortable at all a local mechanic should have no trouble. The only difficult part would be drilling holes for the tracks (if that's even needed in your case).
