Will this tandem rack fit on factory installed bars on Toyota RAV4? How about Yakima bars?

The Thule Pivoting Tandem Roof Bike Rack part # TH558P that you referenced only can fit Thule square bars and Yakima round bars so while it won't fit the RAV4 factory bars it would fit the Yakima round bars you mentioned.
