While I don't know what equalizers came stock on your 2015 Evergreen 29QB LTD, I can still help you find the correct equalizers for your application.
What you'll need to do is take some measurements of your current equalizer. Measure the center-eye-to-center-eye of the side bushings and then from the top bushing straight down to where the middle of the lower bushings line up (see attached).
For the Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers # LC279688 you referenced those dimensions are 7-1/2" and 4" respectively. Let me know if you have something different, like 5-1/2" wide and 2-1/2" tall with part # LC279687, and I can see if we have something that is compatible.
