Question:

Just recently bought an H3T. vehicle came equiped with a tow package. Is this something I can install myself. Will there be a wiring harness under my dash that this will connect to?

Yes, you can definitely install the Tekonsha P2 Brake Controller on your 2009 Hummer H3T yourself. The brake controller will have to be hard wired, and you will need a circuit tester, # PTW2993, to find the right connection to the stop light switch wire. There is no plug under the dash of the H3T for the brake controller.
