Caster lift for rear bumper on an Apex Coachmen 25ft Travel Trailer

Question:

Can this caster be installed on the rear bumper to provide temporary lift to prevent bottoming out at the abrupt entrance to my driveway? I need to get about a six inch lift for about 3 feet,

The best thing I could recommend for you would be to check out the link I provided that shows all of the skid wheels we offer. Without knowing more about where your trailer is dragging I could not give you a specific recommendation for a skid wheel.

You would not want to use a jack in the way you described, the jack would not be able to handle the weight and would easily break.
