I have a Reese Pro Series 15k tube slider. What mounting bracket kit and rail kit would I need for my 2008 Dodge 2500 hd 4x4?

The kit I recommend is the same one you have referenced, # RP50140-58. This is a custom installation kit. The custom kits install quicker when compared to the universal kits because there is much less drilling involved and the brackets are designed to fit the frame rails on your truck.
