The # RRVA150B-2 you'd looked at provides only the crossbars, you'd also need the roof rack feet as well as the vehicle specific fit kit that allows the whole shebang to be attached to your roof.
If you have a regular cab, there isn't a roof rack available because there isn't enough space on the roof to install one. If you have the extended cab or the SuperCab, as Ford calls it or the crew cab, you'd need the # RRVA150B-2 crossbars along with the # RRRLKVA feet and the # DK427 clamp kit.
For the regular cab, a ladder rack could be a good option, depending on the bed length and what you're wanting to carry. If you'd like to look into that avenue further, just reply with that information and I'd be happy to help.
