Where Does Signal Booster of TireMinder kit # TPMS-TRAILER Mount

Question:

A few questions: 1. Where does the Signal Booster mount? On trailer? In cab? Somewhere in between? 2. Given the monitor is solar powered I assume the USB charger would be used if it is not mounted where daylight would keep it powered? 3. If the monitor is located away from light how long will the battery last? Can it be used without the cable for a period of time - for instance during the day while driving then recharge through USB overnight? Thank you!

The signal booster of the TireMinder kit # TPMS-TRAILER normally installs on the trailer near the sensors. The USB charger would be used if there wasn't a solar source to charge the batteries. Without any access to light the battery life of monitor would be most likely around a day's worth of use.
