In order to replace the gears on a Fulton F2 trailer jack you will start by removing the 4 screws on the top and the top cap. There is a roll pin that holds the handle in place and you will need to use a center punch and hammer to tap it out so that you can grab it with pliers and pull it all of the way out. This will allow you to remove the top gear and the handle.
The lower gear is also held in with a pin. Remove the pin to remove the gear. For access below this portion of the jack, remove the 4 screws and pull off the black housing. To replace the gears with kit # F500314, reverse the process by putting the matching replacement parts in the same places as the old ones.
